Cave Canem Exhibits

Poet in Motion: Selections from the Kurt Boone Papers offers an introduction to the newly acquired papers of poet, author, and street chronicler Kurt Boone. Drawing from photographs, manuscripts, correspondence, publications, ephemera, and other materials, the exhibition traces Boone’s creative life and his distinctive engagement with poetry, movement, and the streets of New York City. Presented as an Archives Month spotlight, Poet in Motion invites visitors into Boone’s archive while celebrating the preservation of his life and work as part of the growing Cave Canem Archives.
